Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Refusal of delivery will not be treated as a valid cancellation and no refund will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error

Refusal to accept delivery
